We discovered this operator by chance four years ago, when I had a group of 40 people to arrange with an Italian-speaking guide in the challenging ports of the Norwegian fjords. Everyone else was only offering English-speaking guides. When I contacted them, my guardian angel Margaux replied, saying she could provide not just one, but three available buses with Italian-speaking guides, at clearly market-level prices — a couple of them even competitive. I waited for the trial run with some anxiety, but in the end it turned out to be a surprisingly high overall standard of service: knowledgeable guides and never the stress of having to strictly rush to keep to the schedule. On one occasion in Iceland, the guide was not up to standard; in no time at all, they replaced her. Since then, I have relied exclusively on them, and each time I thank them.
