Visit Portofino

Our guide will meet you at the Port where we board an air-conditioned coach.

Departure to Santa Margherita de Ligure, a small well-known and elegant city on the Ligurian coast.

After the visit to its magnificent church dedicated to Santa Margarita de Antioquia, a Baroque style work, we will go to the urban center characterized by typical little shops where we will enjoy free time.

The brief cruise to Portofino (about 15 minutes) will give them the chance to admire the wonderful landscape of the Promontory of Mount Portofino: the green and rich vegetation, the wild rocks, the little inlets and the lonely beaches, often reachable only from the sea. 

They will enter in the gorgeous bay of Portofino: once a quiet fishermen village, with its typical colourful houses overlooking the square and the tiny port, it has become in the last years a must for the international and most exclusive tourism.

After visiting the Church of Saint George, where the relics of the Saint are preserved, and admired the ancient fortress of Brown Castle, the visitors will be given some free time to discover on their own the alleys and hidden small corners.

The boat will be taken back to Santa Margherita where the coach will be awaiting to transfer them back to Genoa.

We will then return to the Port of Savona so you can re-join your ship for onward passage to your next port of call.

• Medium level/Panoramic/Nature and city tour.
• Comfortable footwear is recommended.
• This excursion is NOT SUITABLE for people with reduced mobility or who require the use of a wheelchair due to the uneven terrain. The transport used for this tour is not adapted.
