What you'll do
Welcome to an unforgettable experience! Our guide will be waiting for you at the port of Tangier with a Shore2Shore sign to start a unique tour of this fascinating city and its surroundings.
We will begin by exploring the spectacular Cape Spartel, located at the northwestern tip of Africa, where you can admire the meeting point between the Strait of Gibraltar and the Atlantic Ocean. Next, we will visit the legendary Hercules Caves, shrouded in myths about the Greek hero.
Returning to the city, we will venture into the charming Kasbah neighborhood, a place full of history located next to the port. From there, we will explore the old Medina, famous for its craft shops and the stunning sea views that surround it.
Our walk will take us to the lively Grand Souk, passing through Mendoubia Park, home to the impressive dragon skeleton from centuries past. Afterwards, we will explore the Petit Souk, known for its small hotels that hosted great artists and writers such as Matisse, Camille Saint-Saëns, and Paul Bowles.
Finally, we will return to the port to say goodbye, taking with us memories of a day filled with unforgettable landscapes, history, and culture.
