What you'll do
Upon the arrival of your cruise, our guide will be waiting for you at the port, identified with the Shore2Shore sign, to begin this fascinating excursion through the heart of Norway.
We will start our day ascending the iconic Eagle Bend Road, where we will make brief stops to admire stunning views of the mountainous landscape. Our first major stop will be at the Flydal Viewpoint, from where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Geiranger Fjord, surrounded by steep peaks and an impressive natural setting.
We will continue to the charming Djupvatn Lake, located at 1,030 meters above sea level. There, you can admire the Blaafjell Glacier and enjoy a short break in cozy wooden cabins with hot drinks available.
We will proceed to the Jostedalsbreen Center, where we will make a stop of about 30 minutes to explore this place dedicated to nature and glaciers. Later, we will arrive at the picturesque village of Stryn, known for its mountain beauty and its river, one of the best in Norway for salmon fishing. Here you will have free time to have lunch (lunch not included) and rest for approximately an hour.
On the way, we will stop at the imposing Hornidalsvatn Lake, the deepest in Europe at 514 meters, and before finishing, we will visit the majestic Hellesylt Waterfall, a natural spectacle worth admiring.
Throughout the excursion, the impressive Mount Dalsnibba will accompany us as a backdrop, especially on clear days.
At the end of this unforgettable experience, we will return to the port to say goodbye.
We hope you enjoy this unique adventure!
