What you'll do

After the arrival of your cruise, our Shore2Shore guide, identified with a sign, will welcome you at the port to begin this fascinating adventure.

From Åndalsnes, we will venture into a dreamlike landscape following the course of the majestic Rauma River, known for its salmon fishing. Flanked by imposing mountains, we will admire Romsdalshorn Mountain, rising 1,524 meters, and Trolltindane, at 1,554 meters. Very close by, we will pass alongside the famous Troll Wall, an immense vertical cliff that challenges the most daring climbers.

We will cross the Sogge Bridge to enter the Isterdal Valley, surrounded by majestic peaks with noble names: The King, The Queen, and The Bishop.

We will ascend the iconic Trollstig Road (Trolls’ Path), a masterpiece of engineering that winds through 11 spectacular curves up to the summit. We will stop to admire the imposing Stigfoss Waterfall, with its 180-meter drop, a perfect spot to capture photographic memories.

Our next stop will be at the Trollstigheimen Mountain Lodge, a cozy corner where you will have the option to enjoy coffee, tea, or delicious pastries while delighting in the views of the pristine and wild mountains surrounding the Isterdal valley.

After this unforgettable experience in the heart of Norwegian nature, we will return to the port for farewell.

Thank you for choosing Shore2Shore to explore the stunning landscapes of Norway.
