Upon the arrival of your cruise at the port of Puerto del Rosario, our assistant will be waiting for you, identified with the Shore2Shore sign, to begin this excursion designed to discover some of the most representative landscapes of northern Fuerteventura.
Our first stop will be at the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park, one of the most spectacular natural environments on the island. This vast sea of white sand, in contrast with the blue of the Atlantic Ocean, offers a unique landscape. We will have free time to walk among the dunes, enjoy the protected surroundings, and take unforgettable photographs.
We will continue the route towards El Cotillo, a picturesque fishing village known for its relaxed atmosphere and natural beauty. We will take a guided walk through its town center and coastal area, where you can admire its natural lagoons, small coves, and the unique volcanic landscape that characterizes this part of the island.
The excursion continues inland to visit La Oliva, a town of great historical importance. Here we will visit the Church of Our Lady of Candelaria and discover the fundamental role this municipality played as the former seat of the colonels of Fuerteventura, key figures in the island's history. Before returning to the port, we will make a stop at the Aloe Vera factory in Tiscamanita, where we will learn about the benefits of this emblematic plant of the Canary Islands. A brief demonstration will show us its traditional and modern uses in cosmetics and health.
After a day combining nature, history, and tradition, we will comfortably return to the port of Puerto del Rosario, with plenty of time before your cruise departure.
The order of the places to visit may vary without prior notice due to possible contingencies (ship arrival time, opening hours of places of interest, etc.).
