What you'll do
Upon arrival of your cruise, the guide will be waiting for you at the port, identified with the Shore2Shore sign "ISLA DE LOBOS". We will head to the coastal town of Corralejo, the connection point to the hidden paradise of Lobos.
After a short boat trip, we arrive at the Island of Lobos, a place that captivates with its colors, serenity, and almost untouched landscapes. We will stay about 3 hours in this wonderful setting.
Upon arrival, we will receive a brief orientation talk next to the Natural Park Interpretation Center, where the environmental and cultural values of the islet are explained.
Once this is finished, we have two options:
First option:
Enjoy a walk accompanied by our guide through a part of the island, with interpretive stops about the island's formation, its flora, and fauna. There will also be stops at small natural viewpoints where you can be amazed.
Once finished, we will go to El Puertito (a small village with natural turquoise pools). Once there, those who wish can take a swim and have a drink at the beach bar.
Second option:
You will explore the Island of Lobos on your own; from this moment, the island becomes an open stage for each visitor to enjoy at their own pace. You can freely explore volcanic trails, white sandy beaches such as La Concha, historical remains like the Roman Purple Workshops, admire the Punta Martiño Lighthouse in the distance, or simply relax in the turquoise lagoons of El Puertito.
This second option offers total freedom of movement and allows each traveler to connect with the environment personally. Stops and routes are not done in a group, but the guide will always be available to answer questions and offer recommendations before boarding.
After the experience on the Island of Lobos, we will meet again with the guide to return to Corralejo. We will enjoy about two hours of free time to explore the area and/or eat or have a drink. (meal not included)
Once the exploration time in Corralejo is over, we will take our bus back to the Puerto del Rosario pier, where we will say goodbye to the Majorera Island.
